Easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. 

Please NOTE before Returning/Exchanging

ALL eligible returns and exchanges cannot smell like smoke, perfume or be stained with deodorant, etc. and 
must be in NEW and UNUSED CONDITION and in original packaging.
Items cannot be worn and breast forms cannot be sent back folded.
Please be mindful to send any items back in the same condition you received them.

A full refund, excluding all shipping charges will be issued on

accepted returned merchandise within 14 days to the original form of payment. 

CLEARANCE/Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancelled orders will be charged a $5.00 service charge

(as we are charged for each transaction of order placed/refund granted).

One exchange label is offered per order placed.

Please return the NEW and UNUSED items you'd like to exchange with instructions for the exchange.

Exchange options/choices are not offered online.

ONE USPS First Class shipping label up to $6.99 value (within 30 days of original purchase)
is offered per order for the customer to print out.
If that exchange is then returned, all shipping charges (initial, return, exchange, return) for that purchase/exchange
will be deducted from your final refund.
Any other exchanges must be paid for by the customer.


* International Shipping Labels for returns/exchanges cannot be supported through our website

and must be paid for by the customer. 



International orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International with a customs number but uninsured/untracked.

Customs charges may apply in your country and we are not responsible for those Customs charges. 

Once the package leaves the United States, please note we are not responsible for lost International Mail, but we will try our best to accommodate you.

To have your International package sent with an alternate, insured service, please email us to make arrangements.
